Returns & Exchanges

Free returns. 30 days. No questions asked. That's it.


The short version

If your Mimi's order isn't right — wrong size, wrong fit, changed your mind — we'll take it back within 30 days of delivery, free of charge. No hoops, no restocking fees, no passive-aggressive questions about why you're returning it.

Just start the return below, ship it back (label on us), and we'll process your refund within 5 business days.


Return window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return. After 30 days, we're unable to accept returns or process refunds.

Item condition

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With original tags attached
  • With hygienic liner intact and unremoved (for bottoms)
  • Free from perfume, sunscreen, or saltwater
  • In original or comparable protective packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear bottoms or one-pieces where the hygienic liner has been removed. This is the one exception to our no-questions-asked policy — we trust you to understand why.


How to start a return

Email us

Send an email to returns@mimisbikinis.shop with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. You do not need to explain why.

We send you a prepaid label

Within 1 business day, we'll reply with a prepaid USPS return shipping label. Print it, attach it to your package, and drop it at any USPS location.

Ship it back

Pack your item securely and drop it off at any USPS location. Keep the tracking number from your return label — you can use it to confirm we received it.

Get your refund

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 1–2 business days after arrival), your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5 business days. You'll get an email confirmation when it's done.


Refunds

Approved returns are refunded in full to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.). Original shipping charges are non-refundable if your order received free shipping — if you paid for shipping and the item is defective or our error, your shipping is refunded too.

Depending on your bank, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement after we process them. This is your bank's processing time, not ours.

Store credit is also available as an alternative to a refund — just let us know when you email us.


Exchanges

We don't process direct size or color exchanges — inventory moves fast and we can't guarantee the replacement will be available while we wait for your return.

The fastest way to get the right item: return your original order for a refund, then place a new order. If the item you want is in low stock, tell us when you email us and we'll do our best to hold it.


Received something wrong?

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or is the wrong item — that's on us, full stop. Email us at hello@mimisbikinis.shop with a photo of the issue and your order number.

We'll sort it immediately — replacement or full refund, your choice, no return shipping required.
